We want you to love your Dunnkeynes shoes. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return unworn, undamaged shoes in their original packaging.
Conditions for Return

Shoes must be unused, with no visible signs of wear

Original box and all accessories (extra laces, dust bags, etc.) must be included

Returns that show signs of wear, odor, or damage may be denied
How to Start a Return

Contact us at returns@dunnkeynes.com with your order number and reason for return

We’ll send you a return shipping label (cost deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error)

Pack the shoes securely and attach the label

Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or our mistake.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures you get your new pair as quickly as possible.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days at support@dunnkeynes.com. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement at no extra cost.
